Everything was great, except the flight back. It was scheduled too late in the day. We didn’t get back to El Paso until 1am and some still had to drive 2 hours back to Van Horn.

There is nothing that Rosie could have done better. She was available all the time and she kept tabs on us before, during and after our return. She is a valuable asset to your company.

Rosie is the perfect person to trust with your travel needs. Not only does she prepare you with the information you need, she also ensures you feel confident in your travel.  She is reassuring and provides a layer of security I didn't expect to have. One of our members had an accident on the resort and Rosie quickly handled it. I am so grateful for her because she made the trip a success! I will continue to work with Rosie for all my travel needs. Additionally, because of the service we received from Rosie, we have decided to make this family trip a yearly event. This year we took 12 people but our next will be tripled because we each want to bring our adult children with us. Thank you for having such an exceptional employee like Rosie. Please treat her well, because great employees are difficult to cultivate.
